"I made a pickup purchase about $30. Had to buy 2 items to get Walgreens rewards, but they only had 1 item in stock. I asked if I could sub to get a reward. Cashier looked at the sale, talked to the manager, and gave me my reward. It was so nice of them!"

"Third rate store - most importantly staffed by third rate people. Crude and rude defines the attitude of the people that work here are really the most definitive aspects of this store. Whether things are stocked, or available is a different topic, I think most of us deal with that. But just the general unhelpfulness of staff to basic questions and off hand rude condescending remarks are unhelpful to both Walgreens and Fedex, whose services I also needed. Anyways I like Walgreens, just not this one and best to give my business - AND YOURS to someone else. Why not? It is my money and this is a public forum."

At this particular place they had me on hold for 20minutes only to get hung up at the end. Finally when I got connected, I had to deal with nasty attitude of one of their pharmacy staff. I got more information in a few minutes from her than all the talk on TV from my and friends. If you need help with the Affordable Care Act process I highly recommend that you go see Marianne. Her in store hours are posted on the Rite Aid website. She can even help you sign up for the plan that works the best for you and your family, you can even get a government subsidy, if you qualify which will reduce the monthly premium!"
