"Very rude staff at this location. I called to get a COVID test and asked if they were open. It was 4:22pm they said yes, I confirmed that they were inside of the hospital and they said yes. I shared with the receptionist that I am on my way. When I arrived at 4:45 they told me they take their last patient at 4:30. Why wouldn’t they disclose this information during my initial phone call? I would of went else where. They wouldn’t give me their names so that I can file a complaint against them since someone was not a great receptionist. This is a horrible way to serve the community! Furthermore the business shows online that they close at 6pm. False advertisement and bad customer service skills within the medical field is a horrible disgrace!"
