"It's so wonderful to see these reviews- even the negative ones. I'm Sandy Guth's daughter. My Poppa founded Drug Mart. Before I was born, he opened 3 stores in The City (NYC). He moved to Rockland County in the early '60's and opened 3 more. He'd have partners, Ira Glotzer, is one of his original partners who bought this store many years ago... he's a great guy and a wonderful pharmacist! In the early '70's we moved to south Florida, where Poppa opened 3 more stores (with partners) as The Druggist. A few years ago, my brother return to visit family in RC with our 95 y.o. Poppa, and, on a whim, stopped in to Drug Mart to say hello. Ira was there, and I don't know who was happier, Poppa, Ira, my brother, or the staff!!! Poppa lives in Michigan, where my brother is, and turned 97 June 30th (2022). My Gramp, Harry Guth, was also a pharmacist and his store in NYC, is still open, too! Thank you, Ira and staff, for keeping his legacy alive!"
