"I talked to a lawyer through them and was advised to set up a payment plan with a creditor to avoid court which I agreed to. The last I heard they were going to negotiate the plan on my behalf. The attorney I spoke to seemed like a nice guy and sent me some forms to sign online to begin negotiations. This was on April 11th and I haven't heard a thing since. My court date is May 2. Despite emails and calls asking for an update I have received zero response and am now still headed to court since I can't get an answer. Total waste of time."
