"I came here last night for a friends birthday. It was not packed the way you expect clubs to be on a Saturday night. One of my friends had too much to drink and I had asked our server/bottle girl for water which she never came back with or to check on us for the remainder of the time I was there. I also went to the bar instead to ask for water in which they had given water bottles but said cash only. I had no cash and gave them back and asked if we can just have a small cup. The bartender never looked our way again. After not having been able to get any water for my friend. I took my friend outside for air and prior to stepping out I had asked the security guard if we would be okay to come back inside if we had gotten stamped and just wanted air. The security guard was rude and ignored me. I asked again and he just nodded his head yes. My friend got sick outside and they didn’t want to let her back in to get the person she came with to leave which was understandable due to the fact they don’t want any people that are past their limit inside. However, they told me I can go back in to get them and instead I called them to come out so that she wouldn’t be alone outside waiting. After they had seen me put my friend in the cab I waited to get back inside as the security was interacting with a few other girls who also seemed at their limit (there was no line just the few girls and I). As I asked to go back inside they were rude and dismissive to me telling me to stand aside and wait which I did not understand why. I figured they thought I was with the other girls who had too much to drink. I had said I wasn’t with the other girls and was told I can go back in (I was outside alone also sober). The security guard then told me he knows and doesn’t care. I had asked the reason I could not go in and he said the doors are closed at the moment and that’s that. He was very rude and not helpful considering I am female alone outside while my friends are inside. The place was not crowded for them to have acted as if it was. I also find it very wrong that you have to struggle for a cup of water in a club where people need it. 10/10 would not go back and wouldn’t recommend."

"Went for a Halloween event “Guaracha Land” Was having a great time with a big group of friends until the bartender refused to serv us more drinks. We apparently didn’t “tip enough” ….MEANWHILE THE GRATITUDE WAS ALREADY INCLUDED ! We are talking $20 a drink !"

"I attended an event on Saturday night. Upon getting there the security was very rude and stern I’m an understanding person so I correlated it to the fact that it was pouring rain and there was an overcrowdment of people. I am a female so when I got to the front to present my ticket and a male security checked my ticket and my belongings this is important because no female was present to do the check on my personal and my belongings I still didn’t care about this fact since that is not my issue. As I am showing this male security my belonging he opens a small pocket where there is an 8th of weed and money. He sticks his hand into my bag pulls out everything in that pocket which was the weed and money and puts it in his pocket. When I asked for it back because I saw him do it in my face he refused and said I could leave the event. The line was huge so I walked in and asked for another security guard to help me. Nothing was done at the time. As I am waking out the event I see him again and he is clearly embarrassed that he stole from someone and tries to ignore me. I ask for my belongings back in which he says he’s never seen me and that the girl security is the person who stole my things.. he made a show in front of the event as we were yelling back and forth to one another. Fast forward today, I call the facility to make a manager aware of this because its not morally correct and instead of providing an apology or looking into the matter the person was very irrational and rude and hung up the phone. The person over the phone kept asking what was my point of calling if I don’t want my belongings back, which to me is ridiculous because any club that takes there security team serious would look into this matter. If the security team isn’t providing a safe environment then the facility shouldn’t be open to the public when they clearly do not care about their customers safety. I don’t understand why a male security guard was even the one patting me down and checking my belongings. Don’t waste your money here on top of everything we had bottle service and a section so we wasted money in this event."
