"I wish I could give a zero. I'm a patient person but the wait time to pick up medication here is criminal. Sometimes there's just no one behind the counter, and the pharmacists are off chatting in the back. Same experience every time. Edit: There seems to have been a change in management, and things have been much better the last few times I've gone!"

"This store has a rating of 1 because there is no option for 0. If you can go to another store, I would definitely recommend it. This Sunday morning I headed to the store on a mission; I wanted the IPad 7th generation. I got to electronics and there was no associate there to help me. I understand that sometimes you have to wait for help in different departments so I was patient. I waited for more than 15 minutes then I went up front to speak to an associate. The associate told me that there’s no one in electronics and that was what her manager said. I went back there and waited some more. Another 20 minutes went by and I still didn’t get any help. At this point, I was losing my patience. All these time the manager kept walking by myself and the other customers that needed something behind the counter. After an hour the manager came back and said someone will come help us at 9am. I had to remind her that it was 9:12. She came back some 15 minutes later and asked if I needed something that wasn’t locked. I told her that I did. She went back and looked in the drawers. I figured she was looking for the keys. She said she could not find the keys and left. After standing and waiting for another 20 minutes for her to come back, I took matters into my own hands. I got behind the counter, looked for the iPad, found it and I squeezed my hand in the space between the locked gates to grab it. I helped a couple people who were looking for their items. I grabbed my iPad and I checked out. I will go to another store before I go here again."

"Whoever male pharmacist worked on 3/9 am was very rude, unprofessional. Wish there is negative rate that is available to give. There are many caring pharmacists out there than this location."
