"This pharmacy is price gouging on at home rapid covid tests. They are changing $22 for 1 single Flow Flex test kit. Retail on this kit is $9.99. Additionally, they keep the kits in boxes behind the pharmacy counter and bag them for you based on the number you ask for. You do not get to see the test, read the box, etc before purchase. They only give you the bag after you've paid so it was too late once I realized I was ripped off. This has been reported to the department of consumer affairs."

"The most unprofessional pharmacy ever. Do not visit them. I went there for a PCR test for me and my son of 3 yrs old. The technician said, "take the kits and do it on your own in your car" I did it as instructed. When I returned the kits, the pharmacist said that she should have seen us while taking the samples. I said it is too late, and your tech. gave me wrong directions. This is not the end yet. 3 days after, we did not receive the results. We called the pharmacy and figured that they did not check the info on the tubes (DOB, name) and the lab could not find ID. In fact, all the info was on our insurance IDs and the forms that we filled. In short, no attention to details, and no clear directions."
