"Absolute garbage care. ER VISIT: Ambulance transferred my COPD father with sudden onset of swelling of legs which caused difficulty of breathing. Most likely from cellulitis and my father was discharged and now I have him in my car, I can’t get him into the house or to his primary care doctor because that’s where they told me to go. I have extension cords for bipap mask running to the car and unsure of what to do. This is an absolute disaster of a hospital. Dr danovitch the ER dr. And Teresita alisio Case manager told me to figure it out…"

The staff was friendly and efficient, and Dr. Sirota was not only knowledgeable but also took the time to address all of my questions and concerns. "Terrible experience at this hospital, rooms are very dirty. how do you take someone from surgery and put them in a room that is dirty. They give patient lunch and return at dinner and leave all the food on the same tray. Garbage is piling up and they are not cleaning. You have to ask to get a change of sheets or or gown. Simply unsanitary. All you see everyone is on their phones texting, having a good time, or making fun of the patients when they are in pain. So terrible"

"I had my baby girl on 10-12-23 at this hospital. And let me tell you every single one of them was great. Starting with the nurses to the doctors. My Doctor Polak was amazing. If it wasn’t for her, I would definitely go for Cesarean as I was getting tired of pushing. She kept motivating me. My Nurses Lauren, Amelia, Shannon were great as well. Great team. Doc Olivia you did a fantastic job calming me down. My Lactation specialist Thai was the best. She checked up on us every few hours. They all deserve an award. Thank you Mount Sinai Team."

"Had my baby in Oct 2023 and have nothing but positive things to say about my experience. The facilities were clean and welcoming, the private rooms in the maternity ward were spacious and comfortable. There was a recliner chair for my husband to sleep on. Food was pretty good too! Shout out to the wonderful maternity ward staff that helped make this a great experience. L&D nurse- Lauren L. Night nurse- Dajah P. Morning nurse- Marianne H. Lactation nurse- Nicole nurse aid- Rosemary Nicole, our lactation nurse was especially patient and helpful, she really took the time to guide through breastfeeding and could tell she was really passionate about her work."
