"So it’s 1/31/24 540pm arrive at this location hit the red button not once not twice not three times but for times it lapse. not one time they acknowledged me or answered the intercom. The workers look like they were just chilling in there it wasn’t even busy it was me an another car in the lot at the ordering stations. Also I was parked right in eyes view and they literally did not even answer to take my order. Waited like 25 mins because they could be having an issue or anything I’m fair but not one time to tel me please stand by or give them a few moments nothing straight ignored. Crazy to me nuts it’s cool I’ll take that extra time to drive a little further out. This staff at this time not good"
"9 43 pm below 20 degrees !! Doorbell on the window only way of picking up if you order online. First time so I rang the doorbell no answer after 5 minutes so I knock and a nasty white man with light eyes big nose tried to threatened me if I knock on his window he will report me I said to who sir? I've been out here 5 minutes and its cold! He said don't ever do it again or ill make sure I report you. Again I said to who he said uber! Mind you 4 other men were outside standing for over 20 minutes that were uber drivers. He is belittling uber drivers thats one and taking advantage of his authority as im guessing a little ol manager! Cooperate is next! Sam"
"I placed my order in the drive-thru and as I was checking it after I got it I noticed it was wrong so I sat there and explained to the lady in the window that it was wrong. Next thing I know some drunk white guy is at the window yelling about how it's not his fault that he is short one crew member. His breath absolutely reaked of alcohol and he was very disrespectful. I think his name was Steve or Stephan I honestly couldn't understand the pronunciation of his name because he was so obviously drunk."
"Lisa at the drive through on 10/21 has a nasty attitude. Not only did she yell at us, she did not put our order in correctly. She gave out a Large drink instead of the medium. Acting nice in the end isn't gonna fix the issue. Fix that mouth of yours!"
"It was a nightmare from beginning to end but my cheesesteak slapped this incinerated hot dog was hidden under chili and cheese but was inedible the Pompeii dog was not ordered"
