"I booked via event cruise website from a company called “Liberty Cruise” (Boat name: Eclipse) for New Year’s Eve, it was the worst experience ever! My friend and I spent $570, the ship came 1 hour later than scheduled, so we stood in cold freezing winter for more than 1 hour waiting to get on board, all of people waiting in line are freezing to death! then of course the trip finished 1 hour late too. The open bar alcohols are so diluted, the sandwiches are at most OK. The staffs are OK, some are friendly and passionate, but overall this experience is not worth the money at all. There are some small tiny fireworks but not the best spot to watch the fireworks. Lots of people on the boat also told us they won’t book such an event again!"

"Let me begin by saying this was by far a wonderful experience. We took the city lights cruise on 11/18/23. I took my fiancé and some family members for his birthday. When we first reached the boat we were greeted by the staff which were very friendly they made us laugh continuously while we waited on the line which by the way was pretty quick we boarded 15 min from the time we reached. We entered the boat got our seats by the window and the trip began . Great music by DJ. Nice captain and the rest of the staff was extremely accommodating to our every need. I want to thank all you guys for making everything so great. Great job. I will definitely book another trip in the future."

"We had a good birthday dinner cruise with good dinner options and dessert. All staff, including the waitress, were very friendly and helpful. The boat was good size and nice Hudson River ride. We were able to enjoy night scenic views of New York City and Jersey side."

"I booked the Skyline Dinner Cruise this past Friday 9/22. I had never done this cruise before and reading the mixed reviews, I was a little hesitant about doing so. I wanted to be sure to share my experience. We booked for my boyfriend’s birthday. We had such an amazing time. The staff was SO friendly. Our server, Breanna was an absolute delight and truly went out of her way to take care of us. We booked the buffet and not the sit down dinner and I’m happy we did; we didn’t feel chained to the table and didn’t miss any of the sights. The food was better than I expected. My favorite were the rib tips and mashed potatoes, so good! Most of the trip was very low key but the last 45 minutes or so, they start playing dance music and we got up and had a really great time. Even the staff was dancing and singing along with us. SO MUCH FUN! My only complaint is that the boarding process was completely chaotic. The app told us to board at Stop 12, the stops are only numbered 1-9. There were no lines set up, or signs directing us where to go. There wasn’t anyone on the dock to ask questions to. There were 2 cruises that were supposed to board at the same time and everyone was wandering around aimlessly until some employees finally showed up at 7 (the time we were supposed to leave) and started directing us where to go. The cruise left a half hour late. That’s the reason I’m only giving 4 stars as opposed to 5. That being said, I had an overall great experience and absolutely would not hesitate to book this cruise again. Thank you to Breanna and the rest of the staff. "Went on one of their brunch cruises for my bachelorette, and it was the most amazing time! We did the plated option, and the food was amazing! Our server, Kany, is so sweet! She made sure we had a great time, asked us about the wedding, and brought me the complimentary ice cream (pictured below). The dj (I forgot his name) kept the party going. We all had such a good time, and it was everything I wanted!"
