"I’m not sure what these other bad reviews are about, but I take my 2 yr. old here and they are great! He never cries when I drop him off, he runs right in without even saying goodbye to me (which is always a good sign). Hours are great (7 A.M. to 6 P.M.). They feed him breakfast and lunch, and we provide our own snacks. Staff is very attentive and punctual. Location is very convenient; I walk to drop off my son every morning and then I walk to bus stop around the corner to take the bus to the city."

"I thought a lot about whether or not to write this review. At first, my child seemed to be doing really well at this daycare. He spent most of the summer at their first location, 650 Kearny Ave. Unfortunately, once he was moved to their second location, 744 Kearny Ave, to be part of the virtual learning there, he didn’t seem to adjust well. I was never actually told that I had to go to the new location by either one of the directors. It was one of the staff members that told me, the last day before he had to start at the new location, that I would have to drop him off there come Monday of the following week. I was never told about a price increase at the new location until towards the end of the second week. I was not asked to pay the difference for those two weeks; even though I offered to do so. I was not given any communication in writing or verbally about my son having behavioral issues until the day I was asked to pick him up and never to bring him back; aside from a note that made no sense the day prior about spitting, which my son has never done. I am in no way making excuses for my son because he is no angel. I would, however, expect a daycare to at the very least try to work with kids that are more difficult than most. Maybe make a plan of action so we can both work on it, from home and at the daycare. They never communicated with me that he was at risk of being expelled until it was a done deal. I was blindsided by this and had to figure out new child care arrangements. If your child doesn’t fit in their box, they’re not interested in putting in the effort. At the end of the day, they are a business and they want to make sure they do the least amount of work and get the highest amount of income. The one star I provided was for the two teachers he had at the first location and the few at the second location that truly cared for my son. I should also mention that My husband picked up my son one Friday where he had visible scratches on his nose and forehead and neither teacher could tell my husband what happened. They only provided an incident report later the following week. During the call to pick up my son, I was shamed for being upset that my son had scratches on his nose and forehead. I wasn’t even upset about the actual scratches. I was upset that I only found out about it when I picked up my son; and still no explanation as to why he looked like that. Just be aware."

"Pulled my child out after 2 days here and just posting so other parents do not make the same mistake! Edit in response to owners response. First of all there is no reason to call any further as I have my child in a safer location. I will not disclose my child's personal information as it is private however yes I received my payment and registration fee returned to me via check by another employee who was rude (clearly it wasn't convenient to talk about it at the time as you were busy I'm sure). My diaper logs for my 5 month old were FALSIFIED . Stating he was changed at 4:30 when we picked him up early that day at 3:00. Day one we received no diaper log and day two we only received it with attitude crumbled in his backpack after complaining. My child looked like he had been crying all day for two days and grew a really bad bald/ thinning of hair on the back of his head after ONLY 2 DAYS! This came from crying and laying on his back ( because he shakes his head in the no motion when crying and couldn't sit upright yet) I work in a preschool for ages 2.5 and up and I KNOW this place was not to standards. After it all the only person who apologized was the young girl who sits on the desk with her child who also attends the school. Don't remember her name. After enrolling in a new program my son always left happy and smiling and his bald spot got better. I left your location in tears that I could even do that to him. I was not going to leave such a detailed message however your comment trying to pretend this is a random negative comment made me want to make sure I made my comment detailed and thorough for all to read. Again I reccomended as a teacher do not send your children here."

"My son has been going to this daycare for 1 month now. He had sitter at home since birth until he was a year and a half. We moved to Jersey but I still work in NY therefore their hours are amazing. We visited several daycares and once we got to this one my husband immediately told me this was the place. Im very satisfied with the staff they communicate effectively and always answer our questions about his day at the daycare (ie. if he ate, how many diapers change etc). I know they treat him good because when we pick him up he stops to blow kisses at all the girls. Im glad i found this place as my sons wellbeing is priority and i trust them completely with him."

"Best daycare. My daughter has been there since she was 3 months old. She’s now 4, and any questions or issues I have are addressed. There’s no such thing as a perfect daycare, but the staff is caring and intelligent, the administration is clear and consistent in distributing materials, keeping records up to date etc and the affordability is not to be found almost anywhere else in the area. A true hidden gem and I’m lucky my daughter gets to be part of it!"
