"I would leave no stars if I could. Purchased a "twin mattress" from them. We kept it on the floor for a bit until my son was ready to be in a twin bed. Well now that time has come and the bed we were sold was not a twin. It is shorter in both length and width. And they won't do anything about selling me a knockoff. I would not recommend them at all."

"My mattress has a 10 year warranty which was purchased in 2015. Sent warranty information needed to Mattress Firm and was approved for a credit. Walked into the store and Ryan was very helpful in picking out a mattress. He explained the difference between mattresses and had me "try" each mattress to ensure comfort. No money needed and since this was under warranty, no delivery or exchange charges. Wouldn't think of anywhere else to purchase a mattress. Thanks for your help and expertise Ryan!"
