"This hotel was gorgeous in every aspect, exterior lawn was perfectly manicured, the building is like a movie set, the staff is extremely helpful and the rooms are very comfortable. A must stay location! Breakfast and bar in lobby were excellent, the food and drinks exactly what you expect. Strong drinks and delicious food!"

"When you look back on your wedding day, you want to look back fondly on the full experience. Chateau Grande truly delivered on the full experience of our wedding day. Our experience started with Hope and ended with Christiano and Serenity who were magnificent to work with. Christiano was our Maitre De and Serenity was my attendant. They made sure we were comfortable and fed all night. I always had a fresh drink in my hand and Serenity was fabulous with helping keep my makeup in place and my dress from getting too dirty. Everyone who attended our wedding spoke about how seamless the day flowed and how delicious all of the food was. It was truly a day to treasure and I can say I was one happy bride. We also did our room block there as well as our Welcome dinner the night before and our Farewell breakfast the morning after. All seamless processes as well as comfortable accommodations. The food was delicious at all meals we ate. It felt like we had the wedding weekend that dreams are made of."

"Whatever you do, DO NOT STAY HERE! My wife and I stayed here to celebrate our anniversary. We booked our stay for a Thu night. Unfortunately, there were two weddings scheduled for the weekend. The parties were extremely inconsiderate and loud well into the night. I finally called the front desk at 1:00 AM. They had no other rooms to move us to but did get the noise to stop. I finally fell asleep at 2:00 AM. I expressed how unpleasant our stay was when checking out. What did I get for our troubles - a whopping 10% off our bill. DO NOT STAY HERE! Btw - The restaurant, Orchard Park is okay. Not great, just okay."

"The hotel was very pretty and expansive. We were visiting for a wedding. The food and catering was phenomenal. Service was extraordinary. The attendants in the bridal suit were extremely helpful feom helping with a teen seem to needed toiletries, they were so helpful. The grounds are beautiful. The flowers and ponds are beautiful. The building itself ia beautiful. The food was delicious at each venue."

"Driving up the hotel looks amazing but….. Except incredibly rude staff. The valet staff was playing ball where they parked the cars and hitting the cars laughing. They also were talking about disgusting things. The security guard was horrible, rude and nasty. We tried to go to the garden which were part of the amenities and he went off on us. Since I didn’t pay 100k for a wedding I can’t go in there. I told the front desk and he said yeah it’s a problem because it’s on the amenities but we can’t use them. Later the security guard came in and they were hugging and fist pumping. Not one person greeted you with a smile. At checkout the woman just grabbed my key. Not even a thank you how was your stay. The room was small, no water pressure, and you could hear loud music even though we were on the third floor. The food wasn’t great either. Keep licking right past this hotel."
