"I felt that this was an extremely unprofessional outfit. I was told over the phone that I could get a free consult for laser hair removal. By the end of the consult Dr Igor was upset with me that I didnt immediately accept and pay for a treatment. I wasnt sure if I wanted to do it that day since I was not told that I would be doing a treatment, just a consult. So I hesitated and he became angry. He told me how his time is so valuable being a doctor and he could have been walking on the boardwalk and consults are supposed to be $80. He then told me if I came back I would need to pay for a package of treatments in advance instead of paying for each treatment as I got it. He wanted to charge me $180 for one lip and chin treatment and acted like this was a good deal. Well I found an American plastic surgeon only 45 minutes from here who put out a promotion to introduce his patients to laser hair removal that lets me get 6 treatments on lip/chin for $129. So goodbye Dr Igor. Oh and by the way the "med spa" is a podiatrist office with a room that has a laser machine in it. It is hot and uncomfortable and very unappealing. And...it's pretty obvious the reviews below are written by the owners LOL"
