"My mom booked this for me when we found out our baby will be born with some heart issues. We were so excited to be able to get a recording of the babies heartbeat and just see his face before things get tough. My mom explained our situation to Nicole who was more than happy to make sure we had the best experience! Nicole took her time with our squirmy and stubborn boy to make sure she was able to get us a clear picture of his face. The packages offered and add ins are extremely affordable and well priced. We went for her biggest package and still added on extra teddy bears with heartbeats because you couldn’t pass up the cute deal! I cannot thank Nicole enough for how patient and kind she was. If you want to experience your baby in the cutest and most relaxing way before giving birth I cannot recommend this service enough!"

I loved being able to choose a stuffed animal where the baby's heartbeat was stored! "I went today with my husband and 4 year old. I only scheduled to come in a few days ago and they were able to squeeze us in. The person was so sweet from the minute we came in, throughout the whole process and until we left. My little guy kept covering his face and she was patient and waited for him to move. We had a great experience and recieved some amazing pictures. I'm very happy with everything. We even got the heartbeat of the baby in the stuffed animal, which is so cute. "Through The Looking Glass LLC is a complete HORROR. Stay far away from this company!!! I booked a Saturday with them over a month in advance, excited to see my son for the first time in a 3d/4d sonogram. I learned you can have loved one's in the room with you to view your baby as well, so I chose 6 of my closest family members. Each one of them, including myself took off from work that day because the appointment she gave us was in the middle of the day. Nicole, an unprofessional, NASTY worker that they have there, TEXTED me (didn't even have the decency to call me) a WEEK before our appointment and told me she had to cancel my session because... wait for it... they needed to HAVE THEIR FLOORS WAXED!!! What a disappointment. Between Nicole's attitude and unprofessional behavior, do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. You may risk the chance of being cancelled on as well."
