"Cold rooms during winter due to inadequate heating. Coldish shower water. Poor to no mobile service. No uber or lyft service in the area. Taxi companies only take cash and increase the agreed price during the ride to the airport."

"Walked into room and immediately saw roaches roaming around. Beds are clean and services was nice. Please fix roach problems."

"Stopped here September 2023. In a dark location but really needed a room. It looks pretty empty, took way too long to check in at desk. Very nice security guard walked us to our room on the outside of the pool. Our room appeared tidy but on entry we saw DOZENS of tiny roaches. We left immediately!! Don't fall for this place. Nasty."

"Looked completely ran down and falling apart outside. The room smelt like mold and cigarettes and looked nasty and seen 13 roaches within 1hour in the room. I decided to book a room their because I attended a party that was hosted in their party hall and while I was in the party hall trying to enjoy my time there my fiance pointed out 2 roaches crawling up the wall in the party hall. The bathrooms that where available for the party where absolutely dirty and had a needle on the floor by the toilet. I told the person at the desk and he said yeah it will get cleaned up tomorrow when the maids come. Poor customer service all around"
