"Stayed here for a wedding and loved the service, atmosphere, and ease of check in/out. The staff were wonderful and helpful with recommendations. Breakfast was hot and made to order and included in our stay. The electric car charger was a great addition for us as well."

"The Borland House was a lovely place to stay for the weekend while in town for a wedding. Self-checkin was very smooth and the Hummingbird room was charming. We took advantage of the sitting room and chess set, as well as the coffee and tea all day! Breakfast was wonderful service and food made to order, delicious both mornings. The electric car charger was a huge plus for our rental car! Walking distance to shops and pubs."

"What a lovely and authentic Victorian B&B! From the moment you walk up the walkway it has a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff was beyond accommodating. The rooms were very clean and the bed was super comfy. Breakfast was a delight and the entire esthetic was beyond quaint. The only suggestion I would make is to add tissue boxes to the rooms and bathroom. Otherwise we highly recommend!!"

"The Wonderful Borland house is consistently a magnificent 5 stars through and through! Each time I stay here, I find it more lovely and graceful than the last. The house manager Brianna is so talented and sweet and attentive. She is the epitome of excellence in hospitality. Every detail of the Borland house from the gorgeous antique decor & furnishings to the always fresh delectable menu items, to the exquisitely kept garden, it is so very apparent the owner Anna takes great pride in maintaining the utmost care and elegance in this incredible establishment. It is an absolute delight to stay here. Can’t wait to come back."
