"Very cool place to visit. The gentleman who is there to answer questions was very well knowledged both in historic Brigantine as well as current information. A nice collection of artifacts - not huge-but yet enough to effectively tell the story of a community that was built from a former rum runners drop off and the last resting place of many ill-fated "shifty ships" that met their end in the waters beyond the island, to the quiet beach community it is now. Don't miss the Marine Animal Stranding Center next door. They do extremely valuable work."
