"The staff here is excellent. They always have time for you and are willing to do what it takes to make sure your stay here is the best ot can be. The pool area is clean, but the tile around the pool makes for a very slick surface so be careful walking around the pool."

"Excellent hotel. The entire place is clean and all staff are phenomenal. Highly recommend. I’ve stayed at many other hotels in the area and this hotel takes the win. Not much in the area compares. I haven’t had the complimentary breakfast yet, but I’m sure it is going to be great."

"Since moving out of state, this is my NJ home away from home. Everyone is so pleasant so caring and what I love about this place is so many of their employees have been there since coming here. To me if I could give them 10 stars I would. There is nothing negative to say about our entire stay. Even McKenzie the night desk person was so pleasant and welcoming. If something is not right they asap correct it. Love ❤️ this place. Reasonable rates and great accommodations. I like booking directly with the Hotel since I feel more secure than an offsite reservation. They even give me the one room that is special to our family. They never disappoint us."

"Absolutely amazing hotel. The front staff is very friendly and welcoming! The room was very clean and very spacious! Hallways were clean and quite. Breakfast was good, bagels, eggs, oatmeal, waffles, the ordinary stuff. They have teas, coffee, and hot chocolate available throughout the day and night. We enjoyed our 6 night stay. The location is right next to Costco and Target in case you need to grab food. This is now our go-to hotel when we travel back to NJ. Keep us up the good service H2S East Hanover."

"This location is HORRIBLE and we will not be back. We frequent another PA location and love it there. Our room was not ready upon arrival at 3pm. The front desk staff was not welcoming and did not seem happy to be there. The room did not have trash bags in the trash cans. No conditioner in the shower, we ran out of toilet paper, the pillows were flat and uncomfortable, the light blocking window shade was broken and would not come down the entire way. Breakfast was pathetic and there was barely any food out. There were two pans, one with sausage patties and one with potatoes, neither of those items were edible or cooked properly. It was impossible to find parking in the front lot, so I parked on the side of the building and it was super inconvenient walking through puddles in the rain. Overall, I'm disgusted with the amount I paid for the value we got. Not impressed."
