"Stay away. Aberman called me telling me he had an offer for my house. Right before we were supposed to meet, he told me he was sending a broker. I also made him aware I was a broker…. I told him I was only interested in the offer and did not want to meet a broker. After further discussion, he mentioned someone else was representing him to make the offer. He sent another person named Avi. There was no offer on the table. Avi simply tried to pressure me to list my price with him. Once he disclosed he was part of Exit, I asked him to leave. Unprofessional tactic’s and a complete waste of my time."

"I went in to the office and couldnt believe the real estate practices that were going on. Highly unethical and most certainly illegal. I felt so uncomfortable I had to leave.
