"Jessica detained us because she thought we stole a $10 SIM card that doesn’t work until the register scans it. She didn’t let us leave until I emptied my pockets. She treated me like I was a criminal and I have video proof of this. Hawthorne PD responded and was amazing. But please get rid of any employee who does this to a paying customer."

"Store has very poor customer service appears to be the employees and managers are poorly trained.I was in the store shopping when I got halfway thru filling my cart I needed to use a restroom when I asked to use it they stated they only have 1 employee bathroom but you can clearly see thru the makeshift separated that they in fact had 2 public restrooms both male and female .male bathroom has stalls and urinals so I continued to use the bathroom anyway because I couldn’t hold it in any longer and when I came out of the bathroom I was greeted to an employee telling me that I had to leave the store because I used the bathroom how crazy is that ?so I went to speak to the manager to ask was it right that I came to spend my hard earned money in your store but I can’t even use your bathroom?so I can spend my money in your store but I can’t use the bathroom that’s working perfectly fine anyways hopefully family dollar changes the way they train these employees"

"Terrible! only one cashier and the other one with blonde hair no uniform has her back turned pretending she doesn’t see the line. When she does the register it has no cash and can’t even insert my chip because it’s broken. I’m still waiting in a long line. She’s very rude and not friendly. Service is terrible. Was better off going to dollartree down the strip. Save your time. You’ll be waiting."

"Just visited this store and the service is horrible. Only one cashier w/7 people in line. The manager is aware of the line then decides (finally) to assist the cashier. However, she decides to open a line that only accepts debit or credit. She decides to disclose that fact after she has rung up my 1 pack of gum that cost 53 cents and I give her 55 cents.Then she sends me back in line to wait for the 1 cashier that's extremely slow. Go to Dollar General for better service! If I could give zero stars, I would. SMH"
