"Danielle front desk is very rude. I don’t know how she has the audacity to charge my credit card even though I was told I had points to use. I will be disputing this unauthorized charge and never using hand and stone again. Its supposed to be a calm environment, but they turned it into a very sales oriented opportunity and try to get more money then what was said to you. Please avoid they are liars and thieves. Danielle you never call a customer and leave a voicemail asking them to leave more of a tip. Very unprofessional!!!! Train your front desk better. Update: I was told I would receive a call from a manager regarding the additional charge and I haven’t gotten a call. It’s been over 2 days. I have taken this up with corporate and my bank. Very surprised with how they treat their customers at this location."
