"First Is like to say that I read through the negative responses from this day care and I’m appalled at the lack of accountability this owner displays. He blames ever bad review on competitors spitefully trying to hurt their business. That is not that case and I’m sure of it.I’ve witnessed it. So I’d you respond with no accountability for these actions you will make yourself look worse. There is no reason for these mothers and fathers to lie about their Experiences. I find you incredibly disrespectful with your approach to these negative reviews. Period . Anyway here is my situation I got a new job and has ro find care for my child quickly and they were available. After several weeks my child went to the teacher and nurse at her elementary school not the daycare, and told them that her tummy hurt and she didn’t want to do to the AM/PM because they were very very mean to her I had a addressws this before with AM PM however when the school called me with those terrible concerns i pulled he out immediately. The owner would only communicate if it was about money and would not respond to any other issues. I would not recommend this day care for any reason to anyone."
"So far our experience has been great at AM2PM! The teachers are just amazing - My daughter has been in Miss Hilda, Miss Norah and Miss Ashley and Cindy's class so far and we feel heard and part of the process of our child's learning and growth. She has come a long way and we are very happy to have decided to put her in AM2PM. I'm sure the rest is going to be good too. Huge shoutout to the staff that works here - they work very hard and are kind to the children."
