"I was at a total loss as to what I was going to do about getting my car repaired. I had already waited almost two months waiting for one part for a warranty repair. GM autoworkers had just gone back to work after a strike and there was no date as to when the part would be available. I wondered if I was eligible for a Lemon Law claim and started my research. I found Kimmel & Silverman and put in an online request. They followed up the next day during a holiday week. The gentleman was recovering from COVID and was very nice explaining everything to me. He said he would follow up after Thanksgiving and he did so as he said. He put me in touch with one of the legal assistants who explained everything to me and what my options were.
