"I booked a trip with Sandy(owner) to the Dominican Republic and gave her a $1200 deposit on my credit card this was in the beginning of December 2021 less then 3 weeks later we requested to cancel our trip because of COVID and the new variant at that time she not only charged me $100 from the tour company But she took it upon herself to charge my credit card an additional $150 which she said was her fee! If there was going to be a fee she should never have taken upon herself to charge my credit card Without my authorization She should have sent me a bill. I feel like this was very dishonest and these trying times with COVID and everything being so uncertain we decided to cancel our trip out of caution! I realize times are tough for everyone and businesses are trying to stay afloat, but to charge a customer an additional $150 without their permission and then to try to give a lame excuse is not right. I've used Sandy many times in the past. I am very unhappy and quite disappointed and this is something that should not have happened!"
