"Horrible customer service. I was recommended to get my taxes done in this place by my mom. I walked in before 12pm. They took down my name and number and had me wait until 4:45pm. To then tell me they needed more proof other than my children's birth certificates and social security cards to process my taxes today. I can understand that the laws may have changed what I can't understand is why they don't inform their customers of this before hand. Especially if they are going to have us waiting there for over 4hours. Also if you aren't full blown hispanic or are an Americanized hispanic you will be treated differently than the ones who are. Worse tax place I've ever been to. Never have I had to wait over 4 hours for any service."
