"This is a really difficult review to write. I was recommended to this business in December 2023. I dropped my wood stove door off on December 29th and was told I would get a call the following week. Since they had trouble understanding what I was asking for I sent specs for my fireplace. The call didn't come the following week so I called the next week. I was again told they were looking for replacement glass and I would get a call back. I asked the person if I should pick up the door so I could use my fireplace and was told that was up to me but they would know by the following week. So I waited again. Since no call came I called again and was told they found the glass and gave me a price which I approved. But I didn't hear back again. By Jan 24th I was concerned and called again. I didn't reach someone until the 25th. This time I was told that the glass was received. and they were putting it in at the Willow Grove store and that they'd have it back for me to pick up on Tuesday. So I waited till Tuesday - still no call. On Wednesday the 31st I called and the owner picked up the phone. He told me that they ordered and received the wrong glass. They never put the glass in the door. And they never called me or provided any transparency. The only reason I am giving two stars is for the owner's honesty on the 31st and the fact that they indeed ordered glass they thought would work and were sent the wrong product. When I called today to ask about picking up the door the salesperson I had been talking with for the past 5 weeks who had been giving me misleading information answered the phone and when I expressed my disappointment and shared my experience he denied telling me the things he had told me in previous conversations and actually said the door had never left the shop after clearly telling me it was in Willow Grove and would be ready for pick up on the 30th. He then told me I could "pick up the door whenever I wanted" and abruptly hung up the phone. I cannot recommend this business in good faith."
