"Called for the appointment in November and told them what was going on. Waited until January 4 th for the appointment. He walks in and say it’s a thermo pilot. Never actually went and looked at the part and said I don’t carry them on the truck and blamed Covid for not having it. Funny Covid has to blame for not wanting to work. Completely rude and didn’t care. I asked what I should do. He told me to call somebody for the part. If he knows they carry the part why wouldn’t he purchase it and install. So I am editing my post because I found someone to come out the same day and there was actually nothing broke or needed to be replaced. Just cleaned correctly. Ashame that these people didn’t want to be bothered to even look. Your loss"

They are NOT part of the "cape maybe" contractor community we all have run into locally. When they lay out the job and the time table, they stick to it. Their staff is knowledgeable. We had our entire fireplace remodeled over a year ago and they even fixed a chimney issue that was ongoing for years. Best of all, they provide top quality products and a job well done.
