"Robert Blanda: This attorney represented the buyer in a property but failed to do his job in collecting earnest cash or returning calls from my realtor. The buyer misrepresented his cash position and I turned down another offer that was slightly higher in order to go the cash route. When it was time to close, the buyer didn't have the money.
