He for sure knows the local municipal and superior court in and out. So he knows many people, and he does get results. I know he has helped my family and I for over 20 years. "Brandon is an absolute horrible lawyer when it comes to real estate transactions. When the property was under attorney review he suddenly became non-responsive. He left the transaction in limbo for 3 weeks to a point where the offer had to he rescinded. I wouldn't recommend this lawyer for any services. Very unprofessional!"

"Received him as my lawyer in January 2020 through Upright Law. Sent over all the paperwork and paid up by June 2020 but no response. Called the office multiple times in the last year and the secretary supposedly passed down my messages but no response back. He can't even text back but once in a year or answer his phone after I've left over 10 plus voicemails. I paid him off a year ago and no response, not even one status update. Do not recommend him as a lawyer unless you want to wait for years for a response."

This attorney filed a fraudulent guardianship action against our family which was a fraud upon the court and has thus far cost us over $200,000.00. He was a greedy self serving attorney who took advantage of people that had little knowledge of the law."
