"I worked with Susana on the sale of my mother’s home after my mother’s death. I live in North Carolina and Mom’s house was in New Jersey. I was very nervous about handling the sale transaction long- distance. But Susana and her associates were awesome. Susana and I typically corresponded by email and each email (every single one!) was handled promptly. Susana carefully explained each step in the sale process and I felt that our interests were protected as she reviewed each contract amendment.
