"I have to say that my experience with Jim was incredibly disappointing. His lack of professionalism, poor communication, and ineffective representation made a stressful situation even worse. I cannot recommend their services to anyone seeking competent legal assistance. It’s better to deal with “cousin Vinny down the road” than dealing and paying a 5,000 retainer to Jim. The matter of fact is Jim, will never have you best interest at heart but rather cares more about pleasing the other party, while cohering you onto an unjust and regrettable agreement that you will later regret. Due to the fact that he refused to move my court date, he sent the agreement the night before my court date and emails it to me at 11pm, the night before court date which was emailed to him at 4pm. I would highly, highly suggest to seek legal help from any other firm than deal with the headaches and regrettable agreement that Jim will force you to sign."

"By the time you walk into Jim’s office, he seems like a bull that will go head to head for his client. He will give you the rundown of the details and say it’s an easy matter to handle and says he will X,Y, and Z to get the results you want. He will stay in touch to get the retainer written and sent to you, he has problem give you updates every 30 minutes regarding the payment wire. But once the payment has been cleared, he will go days without returning your calls, emails and texts. He is incompetent is mind blowing, he is a soft lawyer that will make empty promises and will flip once payment clears. By the time I retainer Jim, he refused to return calls and email. He refused to move court date when I asked him to do so stating “just get t over with”. In addition, the OTHER PARTY PURGED THEMSELVES with false accusations as I had shown him texts and videos of the other party but his repose was “they are just words, I’m not going to fight over. A few words”. It is mind blowing that anyone would even think of retaining Jim as their attorney. His refusal to do the work for his client, refusal to move court date, no communication at all, Jim is the softest attorney you would ever come across. If the matter wasn’t urgent, I would have terminated my relationship with him. The matter of the fact is, Jim is incompetent attorney that does not have his clients interests and is not willing to do the work he has been paid for. I would highly, highly suggest you AVOID this firm AT ALL COSTS."
