"Warning, don’t do business here. They do not honor the price that they quote. I stopped here to get a price to have the bumpers color match to my truck I met with the owner Charlie, I explain to him that I wanted to get my bumpers colored match to my brand new truck. He looked at my truck and gave me a price for $750 plus tax. We agreed and set an appointment to come back 3 weeks later and he’ll get the project done. He even gives me an invoice sheet, explaining the job and the price with the appointment date. I waited patiently for the appointment, fast forward almost 3 weeks and I go on Monday 8/14/23 to drop of the truck. Charlie comes out and looks at my truck again and we go over the project, I even ask him about the back bumper parking sensors, he says we can’t paint them, fine I say. He then tells me come back on Thursday 8/17/23 and the job will be done. We agree. A few days pass so I call just to confirm pick up time, he gets on the phone and says to me, I have a problem, so I ask him what’s the problem. he then tells me I never agreed to paint the bumpers for $750 I respond with I have the invoice you gave me that indicates the scope of work and project price. He then tells me the project is going to be $1500 now to do the same job. I tried discussing it with him on the phone He hangs up on me. I call back and speak to his daughter Michelle and explain to her that I’m just going to come pick up my truck. I take a $50 Uber for the second time now, once when I dropped off the truck and now to pick it up. When I get there I have a conversation with Charlie and he tells me he messed up and he will not do it for that price. To conclude the story he gave me a price after looking at my truck twice, then after 3 days of having my truck he tried to increase the price of the project by double over the phone. When that did not work he admitted to me in person that he gave a quote but will not honor the price. Please keep in mind, this is the owner of the body shop, after what I can only imagine decades of doing this he’s not true to his word. He’s a rude and grumpy old man who needs to retire. There is definitely more reputable companies to do business with."

"It was my first time using a body shop and based off reviews I though my car would be in for a while. Nope! This place was super quick and my car looks like nothing ever happened. Also, the owner is a sweetheart..not sure what these other reviews are referring to. Got the job done and great service!"

"This place was great. I didn't want a perfect fix, I wanted a quick/good enough fix. They let me know the difference in cost and amount of time it would take and they were very clear about how they thought a "good enough" fix would look. I'll be honest, for $160 and a couple hours there, I didn't expect much. But honestly if I hadn't known where the damage was, I wouldn't have been able to spot it. The local fd was also there getting one of their vehicles worked on, so you know this is a great place."
