"I bought my car brand new last August and last week some guy hit my car and scratched the left side of my bumper a good amount. I was really disappointed and was trying my best to see who can do a perfect job. It’s my first car as well so I’m very particular about it all. I went to Mayfield Auto Body since they were recommended by the dealership and I am happy to report they did an excellent job. Brand new again as if nothing ever happened. Paul is amazing and is a cool guy to talk to. He’s attentive, receptive, and friendly. I really hope I don’t ever have to go back for repairs but if I do, I’ll definitely go back here."

"They have just restored my 2017 Honda Accord and I am very satisfied! If you need your vehicle to be restored to its pristine condition, take it to Mayfied Auto Body Repair. I have used this shop a number of times and the outcome has always been amazing! The owner is a reasonable guy and very customer friendly. So, you can work out a good deal with him. However, he will not cut corners and jeopardize his craft."

"While backing up, pulling out of a shop rite, didn’t notice my front bumper was caught with a bump and fell. Googled this shop and drove right in. Paul greeted me. Asked him how much and he said “don’t worry we will take care of it”. He had two of his guys secure it and I was out in no time. The best part. Didn’t charge me anything and said to come back with a new bumper. Of course I will come back with a new bumper and do it with him. Paul was great and has good manners with customers. I Recommend him."

"In five words: the height of local professionalism. Paul and Erica are an exceptional team, seasoned in customer service and their industry. They made me feel comfortable instantly. With a recent string of body damage including a full length car keying to my driver side door on my Jaguar XF, I looked around locally for a quick solution to my problems. After receiving multiple quotes from well-rated shops, the determining factor for me was not purely cost (Mayfield’s quote was relatively low/mid-range), but rather my in-person meeting with Paul and several emails and calls with Erica. I knew instantly that I was dealing with honest, hard-working people, confident in what they were able to deliver. I am glad I trusted that instinct over lower quotes, because I could not be happier with their service throughout the process and the stunning results at the end. As a single female, I am of wary car-related trickery, but Erica’s constant communication in answering all my concerns - and also seeking additional information for me without prompting, such as researching cost of OEM parts at the lowest possible cost - put my mind at ease. Less than a week later, my car was looking brand new. I noticed they didn’t have any reviews that highlighted their ability to deal with luxury or foreign cars, but I’m here to confirm that they can with confidence. Deal with these people = bottom line!"
