"Sales rep was clueless! Rude is an understatement for the billing staff and office managers on the phone. I can’t understand why it takes a week to update an order and partial refund after the sales clerk set us up for 5 boxes when she was told the sq ft for 4 boxes. Now after a big dispute over the refund, the order might have been canceled and they just ask us to trust them. Ha! Never going back there again. I would avoid this retailer at all costs! Too bad the old staff was much better."

"Outstanding customer service, selection and prices. Just finished remodeling my bathroom and couldn't have done it without the help of Joe D and the rest of the staff. His advice and experience made a complex project much easier and the final result is spectacular. And when I needed help on his day off, everyone else in the showroom pitched right in. Pricing was comparable to "legitimate" on-line vendors of new merchandise, delivery of all items was on-time as promised, and everything was placed in my garage for easy access. It was the perfect professional experience."

"Horrible service. Prices are way over inflated. All the items have a list price that seems to be copied and pasted from Kohler website. Same upc number in a real plumbing store, comes to more then 40% lower then their list price. It seems that the sale people care more about their commission then answer questions they can't answer.."
