"Staff is polite but service is hit or miss- I only go here if I happen to be in the plaza and the package is in the car. Got a package denied since it was in a “manufacturer’s box”? Have used the same box before without issue though so I’m not sure what that was about."

"The staff in this particular store are like family. They are part of the community. They are attentive, looking to give you the best solutions to your shipping and printing needs. They are fast and efficient and patient. The store is spotless and is a reliable location for all of your personal and business related needs. They deal with a lot of Amazon returns and that can be a difficult part of business because it is confusing to many people and easy to misunderstand. I think that when we have been in and not had customer packaging or have had issues with our return codes they were pretty helpful and patient with us. They try and quickly move through the line and juggle people who are struggling with return codes to move along with those who have it teed up already. I have found that Jay is always helpful in making suggestions to my printing needs and is willing to take feedback and try again if it isn't what I was looking for. Additionally he always gives me all the best and most cost effective and fast shipping options for my organizations needs. Overall I find this place to be very helpful and reliable for all of my personal and business needs."

"This UPS store does not accept Amazon Return Drop-offs when Amazon instructed me to return my item to ANY UPS Store. Apparently this store didn't get the memo or the owners just like bustin' chops. Please don't respond with a dumb answer either."

"One of the people who works there came out YELLING at me bc I was parked in their spot - it was a mistake on my part- I knew dry cleaner was closed today and thought I was in that spot . No need to yell at an elder! Then he yelled at me for leaving shopping cart - was I wrong- yeah! But did I deserve to be yelled at? I will be bringing my business elsewhere despite having been a long term customer"
