"5+ stars for sure. I called to find out if they happen to have the contact information for the local UPS "hub" regarding a lost package that was last scanned into Secaucus. Hetal, the owner, took the time to find out the email address for the local hub - and sure enough they found the missing item there! I called back today to thank Hetal, but he wasn't there so Steve took the time to put us on 3-way call so I could thank Hetal personally. Honestly all the amazing reviews are well deserved, they definitely go above and beyond. Thank you!"

"I live in New York, a 45 minute drive from this UPS location AT 101 plaza center.I had a few Amazon packages for return. I have looked up for UPS stores near me and have seen that they all have many many bad reviews. like everyone gives attitude, they are rude, and so on. After searching around for a while I found this location at 101 plaza center and it basically only had 5 star reviews. And they were all writing on how great the customer service is and they would do everything to satisfy a customer, etc. I was so inspired by it! There are still people in our new york\Jersey that are ready to work and do everything possible so their customer would be happy… (not very common in our days, unfortunately. Is it?!) I was inspired to a extend that I actually drove down 45 min to their location (versus driving 5 min to other location’s) to show acknowledgement for that! And, I did not regret it!! I can only wish that the rest of our business owners will learn to do the same! Keep on the great work!! And to all others doing the same, I do appreciate it!! Keep it up!!"
