"I decided to try the waxing because they advertised $20 on half legs. Well the girl tried to charge me $25 and I asked her why if u have it advertised the price is $20. She told me because it was too hard I asked her to explain and she very rudely told me it's fine you don't have to come here. Well with that said me and my husband will not be returning to get our nails and feet done. If your going to advertise a price I suggest you stick to it, but like the girl told me I don't have to come there so I definitely won't. There are way too many places to get waxed and your nails done on Staten Island to have someone try to ripp me off and on top of that be rude, NO THANK YOU!"

"Did not realize there are new owners here. I tried it anyway. The salon is newly renovated and clean. Technicians are nice. However, they try to upswell you on everything. I heard them trying to push gel nail polish on the person next to me because it dries faster. I went for the fist up sell which was a spa pedicure + manicure for $72. It costs this because they use a mini steamer on your legs (doesn’t do anything). I was fine with this. But then they tried to charge me $3 extra for the Essie polish I had chosen, right before they were about to paint my nails. And another $3 for the manicure! Are you kidding! Now I’m just being taken advantage of. Won’t be returning."

"I had a great experience with Oscar. He was very hospitable and welcoming. I felt at home getting my nails done here and you best believe I’ll be back. I’m very picky about where I go to get my nails done and was hesitant about trying this place out but after meeting Oscar my fears slowly started to go away. He made sure everything was on point. Thank you for the outstanding customer service and a great experience. I look forward to coming back here!"

"Very rude ! I got a gel manicure done. I noticed it was bumpy, uneven and poorly done. I returned the next day to have them fix. The women who did my nails was very rude about fixing them. She said I had bumpy nails that it’s not her. She still fixed it but was very rough and rude. I would not recommend going to this place at all. You pay money to get a service , it should be done to your expectations!"
