"This is simply my opinion based off of my experience with this business. I visited this location last weekend in order to have my tax documentation prepared. We had a scheduled appointment at 2.30PM. We were told we needed to wait and unfortunately, they didn't have enough seats to accommodate us. We opted to wait in a restaurant for approximately 1 hour (the time we were told to wait in order to get assistance). After the 1 hour elapsed, we contacted the front desk (we had asked them to call us) and were told that they "couldn't tell the future" and were uncertain when they were able to assist us at all. We returned to the store and opted to sit after being told we would be helped in less than 10 minutes. We noticed that the furniture in the store was dirty and sullied. We attempted to take a business card and it appeared that someone had stepped on the card because there was dirt caked into it. The "coup de grace" was that I was able to hear the loud discussions between the tax prep person and her client. I mean every single detail. At that point I felt this business may have falsified their Google Review rating and we opted to leave the business (After waiting another 20 minutes inside the store). I also can't tell the future but, I hope people see my review and opt to go elsewhere for their tax solutions or you make the effort to improve your business to worthy of a 5 star review on Google."
