"My friend and I drove out to this 99 Ranch last night specifically because we wanted to have the butcher counter grind a pork shoulder for our evening’s dumpling making. Well, the guy behind the counter decided to close up early, which is one thing, but when we tried to ask him a question he pretended he couldn’t hear us, shrugged and waved that he’s busy, kept spraying water at stuff, and closed the window on us. We were impressed with the size and cleanliness of the store compared to what we had back in California, but it is strange the butcher counter closes so early at 7pm and it doesn’t even stay open until then. We arrived at 6:45pm, and even so I probably wouldn’t be writing this if he hadn’t been so rude. The employees at checkout and the boba shop were in contrast very nice and efficient."
