"I really wanted to love this place but it was a complete disappointment. My daughter celebrated her 7th birthday here with 7 girls. It’s a small place and they book multiple parties at once. While the girls were trying to take in their “spa” experience and relax there were others right next to them behind the curtains singing happy birthday extremely loud and they were talking and conversations which really defeats the spa experience. They also had one girl doing nails and it was speed nail job she sat on a chair with wheels and went across the row of girls with their hands out and polished. The place was not clean and poorly maintained throughout the day. Let me also add that it was EXPENSIVE for minimal services. After paying well over $900 I was reminded by the staff that tip would total $140. I did not feel I had any services that deserved a huge tip of that nature. I paid the tip, however to save myself the embarrassment in front of other parents when the girl at the register made it very clear how much I should be leaving which is in very poor taste. I will never go back here and I leave my review so future moms know I spent well over $1000. I could have taken all eight girls to a nail salon and they would have received full manicure/pedicures and an actual spa experience for less than the cost of this party that started late and ended on time."

"My daughter’s 5th birthday party was held here last weekend. She and her friends had amazing time. My daughter felt so special. The staff was amazing. They took care of everything and made it so easy for me to just enjoy the party along with the regular guests. I am used to hosting large parties for my daughter and it was such a breath of fresh air so have everything taken care of for me. I will certainly do a party for her in the future at glitter and glam and will recommend for family and friends"
