"My first few times at this nail salon were amazing. I got my nails done Saturday 23 December and here I am on the 26th with a chipped POWDER DIPPED NAIL on one hand and a CRACKED nail on the other. And yes, it is one of those ones that will bleed if you cut it. My appointment on the 23rd was at 10 am for my mother and myself. She got a pedi tire and I got a pedicure, acrylic removal and new dip set. To keep this review as brief as possible we were RUSHED first thing in the morning. During my mother’s pedicure, all of the old colour she had on her toes was not removed. They just painted over it. Her pedicure was less than 30 minutes ! My pedicure was also less than 30 minutes before I started my nail removal first and then sat next to my mom around 10:10 10:15 and I was “done” with my pedicure around 10:30. My nails were started and it was the okay. What irritated me was I was told I HAD to pay before the services were finished. I was the ONKY person at this time who was asked to pay before services were complete. At the register I was asked if I wanted to tip is Venmo or cash and I said I was going to tip in cash. I go back to the table to finish my nails and I’m asked AGAIN how I’m going to tip. I said “cash” and then my services continued. I had to go to the back to finish drying my toes and as soon as I turned the fans on I was approached AGAIN to ask about tipping ! I feel like for the money I pay the LEAST I can receive is services that last more than 3 days and an environment where I am not forced to tip."

"I have been going to this Honey location for 5+ years now and I’ve been to nail salons all over the world: you don’t know how good you have it until you’re traveling and go somewhere else! Honey is my nail haven❤️. Everyone is always super kind, EXTREMELY meticulous, cares about your nail health, and it’s impeccably clean (even long before COVID). My top concerns for going to a nail salon is cleanliness, attention to detail, and peace- and Honey is always consistent and professional. I always book in advance on the phone (even if it’s just an hour in advance) and they’re always very accommodating. If I could, I’d give Honey 6 stars."

"I’ve been to Honey several times before and have felt like spending the extra money was worth it. I feel bad leaving a bad review but this mani was $85 before tip. I accidentally booked at a different location and this location said they could accommodate me as a walk in. I repeatedly asked if nail art was possible and was told confidently yes. The application of the base gel isn’t even and the lines of the nail art aren’t consistent. The tech that took care of me was really sweet but she didn’t have the experience and I felt bad that she was frustrated. It was just kind of an overall awkward and bad experience. I wish I could get my money back because I feel like I could’ve spent it getting what I wanted done somewhere else. Also! Unrelated to this experience but every time I get a regular polish pedi the polish always stains my nails and they are really dehydrated. I haven’t had this happen before?"

"Got tip extensions & dip powder & love them!! Amy did my nails and she was super quick and they have already lasted longer than most nail extensions I’ve gotten in the past. So glad I found Honey!"

"I had a fantastic experience at Honey Nails Salon! It was my first time visiting, and I will definitely be back. My cousin recommended the salon to me, and I'm glad that I decided to try it out. It was clean and comfortable, and the staff was accommodating. I got a gel mani and pedi, and my technician, Joy, was incredibly professional and helpful. Her work is very neat and she made sure that I was comfortable and satisfied with the results. I really appreciated that she gave me a little dish to place my rings when she applied lotion to my hands. I was grateful for the attention to detail and making sure that i had the best experience possible."
