"Ordered chainsaw and accessories due to their low price, free shipping, & no tax. I emailed their customer service twice about my order and received no response. I've been constantly following up on my order because I have little faith they'll follow through and actually get it shipped. It took 7 days from when I placed the order for them to generate the Fedex tracking number. Two days later (today) Fedex website still shows they haven't received the package to ship. According to Fedex, I'm supposed to get my order in two days. I recommend you pay a little more elsewhere and relieve yourself from this hassle. UPDATE: If you place an order and they finally get a tracking number, you'll get an email with a link to the carrier (Fedex). The link doesn't work because it doesn't actually include the tracking number. You have to enter it manually but you wouldn't normally know that. Also, I learned today that the first part of my order, ordered on 11/09, just shipped today (11/18). They told me it shipped last Friday. Maybe I'll get my order by Thanksgiving. Fingers crossed. ANOTHER UPDATE: Received first part of my order today. One of the items was missing from the order. I ordered that item today from Amazon and should get it tomorrow."
