"I bought the most expensive water based clear coat polyurethane here. The product ended up being a complete garbage. I have to redo my floors now. I had 4 gallons of the unused product left. Came back here with the hope to at least exchange it for something else. I was told that they don't accept returns or exchanges for my water based polyurethane during winter. Avoid this place. They are more than happy to sell and recommend you the most expensive product. Once you pay and the product turns out to be garbage you are stuck with the whole unused new batch. Terrible customer service!"
