"Came here in the summer of 2023 because I was remodeling a bathroom and I was lost. Dave found me and I'm glad he did. He worked with me through several color and design iterations I had. His advice on the shipping times of some parts and the supply chain constraints was really helpful in setting my expectations and my contractors expectations. "I ordered a Kohler Purist Faucet since they were the only place that had it in stock. When I got the faucet it wasn't packaged great but I was told it was the last one in stock and needed the faucet. I am not a plumber and have ZERO knowledge of what comes on a faucet. I am building a house and this was to be installed by a plumber. Not me who has zero plumbing experience. I opened the box made sure it was the right model and then gave it to my builder after my countertops were installed. The builder calls me and tells me its missing pieces. Which I added here. When I called two months after I ordered the piece I was told to call Kohler for the parts. They never offered me the missing parts. Kohler did send me partial parts since parts are on backorder. I called back in November because I needed a bearing that no-one had in stock. I was told you only have 7-10 days to inspect a faucet. And "if it were a piece of jewelry as expensive as the faucet I would have called the jewelry store." I am not a plumber which if I was one could save some money. Yes, if it were a piece of jewelry I could have seen it was broken but I know zero about the plastic parts that belong on a faucet. All I was told was it could have been UPS or how it was packed. So if you purchase from here make sure you video you opening the box with the date and time since like the manager said "he can't take my word for it." It is so nice to spend so much money on a faucet for it to come missing parts."

"Awful experience. We are remodeling our bathroom and wanted quality materials that would last us for a lifetime, which is why we decided to give GPS a try. As soon as we stepped foot into their showroom, the salesperson didn't seem interested in our business. They reluctantly showed us a few items, and even went as far as telling us what we could or could not afford. After all of this, we still decided to place an order because we liked the Kholer items we had seen. We now wish we had never come here. The salesperson ordered an elbow bracket for our shower with no supply (unusable without this), and when we asked for a replacement they said the item was not in stock. The handheld shower head never arrived even after 3 months. I had to keep calling the salesperson to ask about our order almost weekly because they kept saying they would give us a call back, but never did. After this 3-month ordeal, we asked to just cancel the remaining items, and get our money back, but turns out they only canceled the handheld shower head, but not the elbow bracket. We were expecting quality service, but were very surprised at the lack of care. Save yourself the pain and shop somewhere else. Update: Adding here based on the response from GPS. They SAID they would offer me other options for the items were on backorder, but they never DID actually reach out to me with the options. They actually never did reach out to me on their own. I was the one calling them to check on my order."

"I was searching the internet trying to find a store that would have a specific Kohler faucet in stock that has proven to be very difficult to locate. It appeared as if this location had them in stock, so I called to confirm. I had the pleasure of speaking with Esther at the front desk. She was most pleasant and extremely helpful! After a 40 minute drive, Esther and Holly helped me complete the sale. The showroom was stunning and the employees were exemplary. It was worth the drive! I highly recommend this location to everyone!"
