Prompt response when I inquired about availability, and was assured they had my product. I made a mistake and ordered the wrong tile and moment's before the tile was to be shipped out, put in a cancelation order and Alan made sure that they could stop the shipping and processed my refund. 5 starts doesn't do it justice in my opinion, I would double that up for a 10 star rating. Exceptional customer service!"
