"Update, downgrading to one star. The product was shipped but it is larger than advertised. It is supposed to be one (1) inch wide and it is close to 1.3 inches. So we will likely have to rip our tiles and do part of the project over. Very frustrating. Original Review: Nice product. Quick shipping on samples. Relatively quick shipping on our kitchen backsplash tiles. Then we realized we needed pencil liner for the edge (see photo and you’ll see what I mean). I placed an order on Jan 23rd. But after four emails, one instagram message, and two phone calls (Jan 29th and Feb 1st) I still don’t have an update. My contractor will now have to return to install it which is going to cost more. The people I spoke with were very nice but I would really appreciate an update on my order ending in 363. Thank you."

"Do not go to this store. Go across the street to Floor and Decor. Ever since this company was acquired by Private Equity, they have become terrible at fulfilling orders correctly, and even worse at customer service. They shipped us the wrong tile twice for our orders, and we are now a month into this saga as the bills keep piling up with our contractor for these delays. This company will not own up financially to their mistakes to retain customers, so if you are unlucky with fulfillment of your order you are out of luck. Their showroom people are very nice, but unfortunately that's all. Nice, but they can't do anything to help you. The company is terrible, their customer service is terrible, and their warehouse is awful. Go to Floor and Decor instead. You will be happy you listened to me."
