"Went in on Saturday with my Kohler shower head looking for a replacement washer as it was leaking. Store is empty and the older gentlemen asks me what I need. I show him the faucet and he says we don't have that and walks away. Can't even take 30 seconds to give me an explanation or hear me out. I ask him if he knows what this is called so I can at least look it up. Says nope, he's never seen that before. (Never seen a washer for a Kohler Shower Head, yeah ok) Alright thanks for the attitude bud. Go home, research it, find the part, and guess what IT'S LISTED ON YOUR WEBSITE. The SKU fyi is 253046. Understandable maybe you don't know every single plumbing part, doesn't mean you can't take a minute to at least try and look to help a customer. Maybe it's because I wasn't making a big purchase like a professional so I wasn't worth even talking to. I'll stick to those huge corporate hardware stores from now on."
