"Called to order a gallon of paint. I was told (by a very surly young lady) that the only way I could order a gallon of paint, pre-made and ready to pick up, was by doing it through the website. So I did. Received my notification that my order was fully prepared and ready for pick up. When I arrived, however, my order was not ready. Even though I prepaid, I was told they do not pre-make any orders because customers don't show up and don't pay... despite my prepaid order. Awful service... really awful."

"The first time I went to this location a young man helped me with color choosing , he was very helpful and spend over $1200 in paints. Next time I went I dealt with a young lady that seemed like she just rolled out of bed and was not in the mood to work that day. I had a concerned with the paint price, I guess that set it off. I'm a business woman and if the sales person does not want to make business then I take my business else where. Went to HD and got the paints for cheaper."
