"Two mistakes ended up costing me a lot more money than I was willing to pay. I was misquoted a price pretty significantly on the phone before I came in to the store. That mistake was cleared up when I arrived and I ended up buying the paint at the more expensive price because at this point my wife and I were set on the colors. When I bought the colors I was told that I could buy a quart of the same colors if the gallon isn’t enough for the room. When my wife went in to buy the quart they told her they “don’t make that particular quality in quart size” and we unfortunately are now stuck with most of a non-refundable gallon of paint when I only needed probably less than a quart."

"The staff is a great help here at SW. Adam in particular stayed past the closing time of the store to ensure that we were helped! If you are having trouble picking out colors, be sure to use their color consultant, Rebecca (you get a paint credit you can use for hiring her, and she was very helpful throughout our painting process--she helped my wife by being available via text as our paint choices evolved). We're painting a brand new 3,700 SQ ft house so we spent a lot of time here picking up new color chips and additional cans of paint every few days."

I've been using their exterior oil based for my house for more than 7 years now, on cedar shakes, and it looks like I painted it a year ago. I usually wait for their sales, which they run every quarter or so, like 30% off as it's running as I write this, otherwise it's on the expensive side."
